I have five accounts with Cell C. They were suspended diue to cell c debitIing my accounton the wrong debit day. I have paid and 6 hours later I still have not been reconnected. I havce sent proof of payment to emailaddress I was told to send to which now I am told is incorrect and correct email bounces back as email account I'd full. So what the must I do. I have phone customer service 6 times to speak so some intelligent soul and I get left hanging on the line. I am sick and tired of hearing about cell saver.
Cell C is pathetic and your service!
