I AM SO SICK OF CELL C MY ACCOUNTS ARE UP TO DATE I SEND PROOF OF PAYMENT TO [Email Removed] every month then cell c still debits my accounts i asked for debits to be cancelled i pay cash and i send proof of payment but on my bill im still in arears WHY??? cant your call centre agents update accounts please cell c is loosing customers alot of them i have 4 accounts and i want to cancel it coz im sick of calling u guys every single day and every month for the same thing. update my 4 acccounts add it to one statement and send it to me asap i wont pay this account until u guys update and send me the proof that its updated, (angry and sending it to the onbudsman cell c must be exposed for the bad service)
