On Tuesday 29th of January I fell victim to a in Randburg as I was at the sports complex. My car was broken into and my wallet and brand new cellphone (which has been insured since day one and whose contract has just been extended) was. On insuring that all my documents were all in place so that i could get an efficient reply from Vodacom, but to my surprise my claim was rejected, AFTER I CALLED THEM, because HOW my phone was was a problem. I pay my insurance on time every month hoping that if this did happen that they would help me out but obviously not! I was told it was because no damage was left to my car (which i am thankful for) they will not accept my claim. Vodacom, look at your policies and the clients who really actually fall victim and those who "lose" their phones!!! I am now phone-less, without my new BB 9790, R3500 short of a insurance claim and very displeased. Vodacom you can kiss my contract goodbye!
