Disgusting service (or lack thereof)

I recently visited Cell C in Knysna where I was helped by an exceptionally clued up and helpful lady. I explained that my cell c contract was currently in my dad's name, and that I wanted to change it. She input all the data to check that I was credit worthy, and explained that because my dad lives in Pietermaritzburg, he could send a letter and a copy of his ID as proof of this change.

I then came back to Johannesburg, where I live, and went to Cell C Norwood. I entered the shop to find 5 people sitting around the front desk on stools, 2 of which I think were workers and the rest their friends. Nobody looked at me even while I stood at the desk, and when I was finally noticed, the man nudged the woman next to him to help me instead, while he carried on talking. I was told by this woman that my dad had to come to Johannesburg with his ID. I refuse to believe that this is the case. After being repeatedly told what I was told in Knysna was false, I left the shop, telling them that they had been exceptionally unhelpful and I would go to another Cell C. To which I was told by the man, in a very sarcastic manner: "Good luck! " I am extremely annoyed and disappointed at this service.
