Good day,

I've started using Cell C because of their low rates on both calls and data, I load a lot of airtime for my girlfriend who uses Vodacom and needless to say their bundles are expensive so I convinced her to port. On Friday she finally agree and we visited the Workshop Cell C and were told that Cell C porting service was off line and should come back on Monday. Today we went back and were told there were no micro sims and the lady was just not interested in assisting us when I ask if she can find-out from another nearby branch if they have. She didn't do that and either way we went to the branch at West street but when we got there we were told again there are no micro sims.

Needless to say my girlfriend was discouraged to port to your company due to the lack of stock and poor service we received from your staff in both shops. They couldn't even tell us when we should come back or when they'll have micro sims. Cell C advertise that we simply need to go into their shop to port but now we can't even do that? I've been raving about Cell C's low rates and free stuff to all my friends but after this experience I'll never do that again!
