I have no been without data on my phone for the past 9 days after logging the complaint the first time. I have spoken to about 7 call centre agents, managers and supervisors. I have been promised on numerous occasions that I will get a call back. No one seem to care. I feel even if I describe the full incident here, I will not get any service back. So just trying my luck on hellopeter to see if they actually care.
