I had a Cell C data contract that expired last year. My internet was starting to be very intermittent and decided that I want to cancel the contract as it doesn't work anymore as it supposed to!
I only then found out that Cell C have a completly different persons details on my invoice, I also have been told that I still had 20 months remaining on my contract. This is not true, and when asked for a copy of my contract I was totaly ignored by Cell C!! I was also given a referance nr and told that this matter would be looked at within 48 hours, this is 3 days later and still nothing!!!
Cell C ignores the mails and facebook messegas that I have send them!
Please help me!
