Excellent Service from Vinesh

On the 7th November 2013 I called into the Vodacom shop at the South Coast Mall and sat with Vinesh to do an upgrade. From the start he was exceptionally helpful and explained the different options I could choose from. Once I had chosen the phones that I wanted, He very kindly explained to me how they worked and even transferred all my data from my old phone onto the new phone. I spent some time with him and not once did he show any irritation at having to explain the same things over to me. The next day I called into Telkom to ask them to help me set up the email function on my new cell phone and was met with extreme disregard. I eventually told the young man not to worry, that he had been most unhelpful and I knew someone who would be able to help me. I walked around the corner to Vinesh who sorted out the email function in under 5 minutes. Vodacom this young man is a credit to your organisation. I will definitely be doing all my cell business with him in future.
