I have been trying to submit an insurance claim and follow up on it. It is pathetic that I had to bend over backward just to find out the process of claiming because the self help is no help at all. first telling me the number is invalid then cutting my calls off more than 7 times. Its now 7 working days later and still no response on the claim. I have faxed the claim forms on 25 February 2013. Maybe MTN does like to help customers who have an average monthly bill of R 1 250.00. Please sort out this or the bill will not be paid as the cell phone is not in use. I expect a response by end of business today. I am seriously considering migrating at this point. I then call the call center and tell the agent not to put through to a self help line and provide me with any other number, he then offers to assist and lets me hold for 10 min. Really not looking good for MTN.
