MTN SP INSURANCE NOT AVAILABLE

I submitted an URGENT claim to have my handset repaired directly to the advertised MTN SP insurance fax number as well as the email line yesterday morning, together with the quotation provided to me by the midrand service centre. To date, MTN insurance has not bothered to acknowledge receipt and resolve my claim. I have tried phoning no less than 20 times, only to listen to the same ridiculous and unhelpful IVR response without being able to speak to a consultant EVER - not once. The IVR keeps indicating that my claim hasn't been received and I am currently on my 3rd day of being without a phone, which is creating huge issues for me. I have tried calling the customer service line who hands me off to the same useless insurance nr (083 1236804) indicating that insurance is not their problem and they can't find anyone for me to speak to in the entire MTN building other than the same useless IVR line. As someone who has been with MTN for at least 10 years and who has NEVER submitted an insurance claim before, I am completely disgusted. Once resolved I will cancel my insurance and be forced to move service providers. Get with the program MTN - your service STINKS.
