Bad service

I called and was assisted by Wardah who emailed me forms for my claim. I completed it and faxed it on 20 Feb. Wardah confirmed that the fax was received. I mailed her on Friday 22 Feb to follow up on my claim and she advised that it was registered and a claims handler would call me. Tues I tried calling. Wed 27 Feb I emailed Wardah / Claims asking about our claim. No response. Thursday I called and was told that Tsholoflelo was supposed to have contacted me. I was told that she would get back to me asap. Hours later I called again and asked for a supervisor. I spoke to Cindy and had to go through the whole rigmarole AGAIN. I tried to ignore the hostility in Cindy's tone of voice while she continuously tried to speak above me, with audible sighs as she was obviously rolling her eyes on the other side. She advised that our claim was declined. Brandon emailed my husband on Friday 22 Feb. I told her that we never received the email. She would investigate and call me 1st thing on Fri. She never did. Fri afternoon I called and left a msg. 1 hr later I received a call from Tsholoflelo who could not fwd the email to my address. She said Brandon would call me Mon. I wont hold my breath.
