We have had hail damage in November and after we logged the claims we have had endless problems with getting the house fixed by the appointed service providers that Standard bank insurance appointed the one so called building company to fix the roof they arriving here last week Monday to do the repairs but the 2 gentlemen were sleeping on my grass, but this is the service that Standard bank is given us. Phoning the call centre resulted in nothing and empty promises are being made again I would love to know how a company of this size have got such a poor record on returning phone calls supplying the right service providers and how they appoint service providers that can't even do the job I thought that Standard bank are moving forward but clearly they are going backwards.
Currently we are having continuous rain in my area and guess what the damages are piling up Please is there somebody that can help us!!!
