Bad service from Absa Insurance

I called ABSA insurance wanting to know what the status is for 2 claims i submitted last year Dec 2013. First I called the ABSA insurance help line displayed on the website, 0860100876, just be be told that I need to call the claims dept. But the lady was helpful to provide me with my 2 claim numbers and also the various claims department contract no. for each. When I called 0115018054, for the first claim, i waited on the line for about 20 minutes and decided to put down the phone, then I tried 0860302011 just to find that it was yet another switch board, this time the lady took down my claim numbers and contact details, and said that she will pass the query on to the applicable ABSA insurance consultant who will call me back.
ABSA I need to know what is going on if you cannot provide me with the service that I am paying for then let me know so that I can find an alternate insurance co and service providers who will be very happy to take yet another client from you. Then you can deal with my attorney when I sue you for damages!
