I have two claims that was faxed through on 14th November. Again emailed to claims on 19th November. After numerous phone calls to Call centre they have not received my documentation. This after emailed and faxed to AIG. I have send an email to complaints department on 5th December and heard nothing. Friday the 13th I have spoken to a manager and he informed me that he will phone the hospital to confirm admission. Still nothing. Aig Turn around time was suppose to be within 14 days it is already a month. Previous claims were paid within a week. What is going on. Your service is very bad. I want it resolve as soon as possibly.
