VODACOM CLIENTS FROM MY EXPERIENCE DO NOT SUPPORT VODACOM ON THEIR NEW BB 10 PACKAGES ITS A RIP OFF, 75 MINUTES, 75 MEGS OF DATA AND BBM UNTIL 31 MAY 2013, WHILE MTN, CELLC AND 8ta GIVE YOU BBM FOR LIFE AND MUCH MORE DATA THAN VODACOM AND SHAHIEM JOOSUB CEO OF VODACOM DOES NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS AS HE IS NOT BOTHERED AS LONG
AS HE GETS HIS FAT SALARY AT THE END OF THE MONTH, AND THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT JUST CHANGE TO BB10 WHO STILL HAVE A 24 MONTH CONTRCT RUNNING, VODACOM SENDS YOU A NICE SMS SAYING THANK YOU FOR CHANGING TO THE Z10 YOU WILL HAVE UNLIMITED BBM TILL 31 MAY 2013, FOR THEM TO BREACH THEIR OWN CONTRACTS IS FINE BUT YOU DO IT, LAWYERS LETTERS AND LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOU.
