Cyril doesn't even have the common courtesy to speak to me and only me - takes calls while I am put on hold while he is obviously lying to my face

On top of it all I have proof that a person inside Vodacom is trying to get my banking details by sending me email from within Vodacom, and even though I mentioned it many times to Cyril that is supposedly the person responsible for "investigating WASP" no interest at all.
Seems to me I am dealing with bunch of incompetents
