WOW I am really shocked at how Vodacom actually treats there customers and does not even respond or acknowledge there wrong. I complained on the 24th December 2013 regarding vodacom and the level of service I have received from them and too date no 1 has contacted me or even told me what is happening. Is this really the level of service you give to your clients after having such a long standing relationship with you. Oh when its time to upgrade then they are quick to phone to retain there clients but they cant even deliever in the service.
