Extremely bad service

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue from December 2013. Virgin deducted more money from my bank account than I was billed for. I was given a reference number that means nothing. I was promised a response within 24 hours and that was a week ago. The worst service provider EVER. Stay away from virgin mobile if you wish to keep your money in your bank without having to fight almost a month to no avail. And if you eventually might sort the issue you will wait 7 to 10 days for a refund of your own money. I hope it will still happen in this millennium. The worst part is I have 3 contracts with them and I am still treated as just another bothering them. I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears because they have no interest in their customers.
