Virgin Mobile - worst service Ive ever received!!!

Logged a query on Jan 15th 2013, and I've been calling them back every two days since then. Still no one can resolve my query, i get the same bull each time, nobody knows whats going on but they cant put me through to someone who does know. Ive never received such bad service in my life! how can a 24hour usage report take 3 weeks??? I'm on BIS and still they charge me hundreds of rands for data but they cant explain any of the charges! Virgin Mobile steals money from their customers in return for bad service! they are happy to take your money in the hopes that you don't notice how much they are ripping you off! if you're thinking of getting a contract with Virgin Mobile, think twice, you'll regret it, i definitely do! I just hope Icasa can help me resolve this and get my money back and cancel this contract!
