Why is it that EVERY Single time I have to deal with MTN they end up infuriating me.
I went into Gatemax 10 days ago, and dealt with a really lovely Lady called Sarika.
I had requested for my contract to be changed to a topup plan and after filling out a pile of paper, I was told that the change would take a few days and I would receive an SMS to let me know when it was in place.
10 days later I have still not received any notification, and decided to phone the call centre to check.
I don't know why I was surprised, but I was told that there is no record of any contract change on the system!!!
Why Oh Why can MTN not do anything I ask without having to fight???
How can a massive multinational company be consistently incompetent???
