Vodacom unable to supply basic information

I am on a Vodacom Talk Package.

For my next upgrade, due within a month, I wish to upgrade from a Talk 130 to the Talk 350.

So my question to Vodacom:

What phones are available on this contract?

I have mailed this question to Vodacom, who replied that I should go check on the website. The information IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE!!! I replied as such, only to receive another mail that I should check out the website!

Vodacom does not seem to have this basic information at their disposal!

Now, dear Vodacom:

If you are unable to give me such list as requested, kindly advise. In which case I will gladly NOT renew my contract, but rather change to Cell C, who has got this information readily available.
