Hi
I am hit by, Someone open a vodacom contract on my name and Vodacom handed me over to dept collectors.
The dept collector called me saying I was handed by Vodacom since I never payed. I told them I dont have a contract with vodacom and I hand to send an affidavit copy of my ID and three signatures for forensic investigation
I got a automated response saying I will get a response in 3 working days but that never happened. I called after 5 days that is when they retrieve my mail.
I called their call center I did not get any help only what I got is their rules that I will get feed back in 72 hours.
I needed help urgently. I then escaleted to a manager who was unhelpful. I will say very incompetent and no manners.
Please help I need this to be solve and have me removed from ITC
