Do I have to post here every month to get service?

Reggy, This is once again an example of the poorest of poor service!

As arranged by you, as a representative of Vodacom, I needed to just call
and confirm the payment arrangement. I kept my part and called, I couldn't
get hold of you on the n umber you supplied me. I then emailed you, to which
you replied apologising you missed the call and on what number could you
contact me on! I replied to that mail and have yet to receive a call from
you.

Now AGAIN like every other month, Vodacom has cut my line because you failed
to follow through on your side of the arrangement! What is worse, you guys
have a cowardly practice of waiting until 5pm to cut a line so that there is
no one to call to sort it out as it is out of office hours, once again
leaving me unable to continue with my work, totally inconveniencing me.

I expect a phone call this morning and my phone line working by 10am! This
is costing me money every month to have to get Vodacom's so called customer
service to do what they say they will do! Vodacom CANNOT be trusted to keep
their word! You and your department have proved this month in and month out!
