I did an upgrade with mtn at davernport branch in durban n was happy about the service but they did not cancel bis as I had blackberry n uograded to sumsung so from july I was being charged more that I should pay I november contacted the call centre n they promised to sort it out but they did not. Dec I went to same branch same consultant that helped me to upgrade he phone the call centre they promise to refund n rectify the error but they did not on 20th of jan they are going to submit the incorrect debit order again im not happy at all with mtn I want them to refund me and put correct debit order or they must take back their phone n cancel my contract I can go to vodacom or cell c im sure I will get better service there
