Useless incompetent company

I transferred my vodacom account from my dads name to my name in March. This month Vodacom goes and still debits my father's account.

I called Vodacom and they advised that I need to send them proof of banking in order for them to transfer the account into my name. This all after they have sent me an email and an sms saying the account was successfully.

Now after calling them they have a million stories about why the account has not been transferred.

Easily the most incompetent useless company in the country. I will start cancelling all my contracts with this pathetic company.
