BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & MISREPRESENTATION

A PABX SYSTEM WAS INTRODUCED BY COLLEEN GLAESER TO MY COMPANY, BEING HEQLEN MICA HOME WAREHOUSE IN JANUARY 2013. IT WAS GUARANTEED THAT IT WOULD HAVE COST ME MUCH LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING AT THAT MOMENT. IT WAS ALSO PROMISED THAT AN OFFICE WOULD HAVE OPENED IN TOWN TO SERVICE THE PHALABORWA AREA, AS WELL AS A 48 HOUR TURNAROUND TIME TO RESOLVE FAULTS. NOW IT IS ONE YEAR LATER, AND I EXPERIENCE ENDLESS FRUSTRATION WITH THE TELEPHONE SYSTEM. FEEDBACK IS EXTREMELY SLOW AND PROMISES ARE NOT KEPT. AT THE MOMENT THE SYSTEM IS COSTING MUCH MORE THAN THE OLD SYSTEM. FAULTS REPORTED DOESN'T GET SOLVED, AND THE LATEST FAULT THAT WAS REPORTED IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2013, IS STILL OUTSTANDING. THEY VERY SELDOM RESPOND TO REQUESTS. FAULTS THAT WERE REPORTED IN APRIL 2013, IS STILL NOT SOLVED, UP UNTIL TODAY. THE LATEST PROBLEM IS THAT OUR CLIENTS BATTLE TO PHONE IN TO THE STORE. THE PHONE JUST RINGS, THIS WAS REPORTED ON 31/10/2013 AND ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AFTER THAT, AND UP UNTIL TODAY, IT IS NOT SOLVED. THIS IS SHOCKING AND A MAJOR FRUSTRATION TO US! I LOOSE CLIENTS AND I HAVE FRUSTRATED CLIENTS DUE TO THEIR INCAPABILITY. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO ITA TELECOMS & DATA!
