OUR COMPANY'S 2 PHONE LINES WENT DOWN ON MONDAY 11 FEB 2013. WE REPORTED THE FAULTS ON TUESDAY 12 FEB 2013.

THE FAULTS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM TELKOM OR THEIR
TECHNICIANS

THIS IS HAVING AN ADVERSE EFFECT ON OUR BUSINESS AS THESE ARE OUR COMPANY'S ONLY 2 INCOMING LINES AND OUR CLIENTS HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO CONTACT US FOR A WEEK.
