We the company have a contract with Samsung plexus. (Camera System) Salesman (Martin) who convienced us to upgrade our system for beneficial reasons. After we signed the new contract, the camera system has never worked properly. It has had numerous faults. We have reported the faults and numeous times but no service. No one cares to fix the problem. We even emailed the directors and have recieved no response. They just dont care~!!!
