SAMSUNG PABX SYSTEM INSTALLERS ARE PATHETIC

At the beginning of the year, we requested that Procon come out to our company to install an extra two extensions that were needed. When Procon came out to install the extra lines it was found that our PABX system was struck by lightning. We then put through an insurance claim on the unit, and paid Procon for a brand new SAMSUNG PABX system. When the transfer took place, we received the invoice from Rand Telecoms, we requested Procon to supply the new unit and was not aware of the fact that invoiced had changed from Procon to Rand Telecoms. However it was found that they were the same company - Director Harry, their technicians do not know what they are doing. Ever since the new unit has been installed we have had nothing but nightmares with our phone lines. Harry doesn't care and it seems that neither does Mia telecoms. We bought a brand new unit on the 11 March 2013 - it is a four month old unit and it is completely stuffed. A complaint was lodged with MIA Telecoms on the 20 June 2013, and we still don't have any feedback on the matter. To fix this unit, as it is broken, confirmed by TFA, is going to cost us R21 501.00. I just paid R17000.00 four months ago for a new unit!!!
