Retail of Toyota Fortuners with technical faults

My Name is Tumi Modiga, i bought a Toyota Fortuner at Barloworld Toyota Menlyn. I fetched the car on 24 December 2012. Within the first week the car was showing lights and i reported to the sales person who did nothing about it. On second occasion it was reported to sales person, who drove it in the yard and reported back that there was nothing wron with the car. Today, on 14 January 2013, as i was driving the vehicle started showing the lights. I went to the dealership and showed them the lights. They then put the vehicle on the machine which showed that there was a major technical fault with the car. The engine control module needs replacement, there is lost communication with ECUPMCA, the entire engine control system malfunctions and there is lost communication with TCM.After i spoke to sales manager and dealer principal i was told that i cant have another car as they will replace everything. My concern is that the car is hardley two weeks old and they have to replace parts in it. The cars are still being sold to customers while Toyota is aware of the problem.
