Atrocious Service From Vodacare Centre

After visiting the iPhone store in an attempt to get the bluetooth and wifi working on my phone I was referred to the Vodacom Service Centre as the phone appeared to have a hardware problem. All software had been updated, but this did not solve the problem. The phone was still under warranty.

My first complaint is the use of the devices within the store to tell the customer when they may proceed to a consultant. These devices are unhygenic and are never disinfected. Miilions of germs are contaminating these devices!!

My phone was booked in and I was told to wait 7-14 working days. No one contacted me to provide any feedback. I contacted the care centre only to be told I needed to pay R2900 to have the screen replaced. My query was not related to the screen but to wifi and bluetooth. I had to speak to more than 3 people to get the phone returned. It took three weeks to have the phone apparently looked at and upon reciept of the phone, no one had gone anywhere near the bluetooth or wifi. Vodacom made no mention of not repairing phones but replacing them when the phone was handed in for REPAIR!! My contract is up for renewal. Considering another service provider!!
