Two billing accounts for one cell numbe

My mom PA Robinson passed away and I went into Lakeside Mall branch to transfer her account/contract to my name as I had to close Mrs Robinson bank account (deceased) in beginning October 2013, waited two hours in the branch and after faxing back and forth from Lakeside mall branch to headoffice was told all was sorted and the contract was on my name and my bank account would be debited - Mrs FA Roelofse. CellC kept on trying to debit Mrs Robinson account, and being closed bounced back, I kept on getting sms to say number blocked, I kept on having to do electronic payments as Cell C was not debiting my account, hence electronic payment made one week later number blocked (this has been going on for 4 months), I would call again and money outstanding- pay again - blocked a week later- pay again block again, I am also having to pay the R70 bounce back fee from Mrs Robinson account, I cancelled the contract in Jan as have various reference numbers - 312050294, 3111900688, 110492049, 00889377. Two contracts on one cell number and still not right -I get calls, and smses daily I am calling daily and still they cannot get it right, have just had a consultant slam the phone down in my ear?
