Unable to get through

Good day

I have been trying to get hold of the Telkom call centre for the past week to cancel a land line service. I have spent 20 minutes plus waiting for a consultant each day. I do not have access to a land line at the moment and this is proving to be incredibly expensive. Very disappointed.
