11/1/2013@ 08:08 I spoke to Neo case number 1301110000037752 who have confirmed with me the amount of R3452.00 to be paid for the early termination of my 2 contracts due to personal reasons. I went to the EastRand Mall Branch and paid the amount in cash as full and final as confirmed with your Neo consultant, but Yet Cell C debit my account on the 4/1/2013 for the amount of R124.26? I have called and queried the reason which the consultant could not answer and have revered it to cancellations, to date still no call or reason why Cell C is still debiting my account? with previous experience i have loaded a stop payment on my account, which my bank gladly reverse again, and again. For the 2nd time 14/2/2013 Cell C debit my account R124.26 again i got the amount reversed. 3 time 19/2/2013 Cell C debit my account R124.26 WHY this is giving me a bad score on my account and with global credit! I will not call your call centre again as its your responsibility to call me not just debit my account! Please have the odasity to advise me what is the amount of R124.26 Cell C from my account!
