In July 2013, my contract phone was lost and i phoned to cell c to block the sim. They then told me i need to go to the nearest branch to have the phone blocked. After doing all of the above in 2 days everything was fine and i continue paying the subscription fee. In october 2013 all of a sudden i get call charges November 2013, same thing. I emailed cell c and they said its DATA and that i have subscribed with Myra Networks and they are billing me for the subscription as my account is active. Cell C immediately cancelled my account AGAIN. im not sure who re-activated this account in October 2013 as i dont have a sim card for the number and i refuse to pay the call charges and i also refuse to phone Myra as the cell number was blocked with Cell C. PLEASE CREDIT THE CHARGES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
