Oken phone after software upgrade

Hi am so upset... in November my phone was showing an error jmv 1507 reset then i phone the call centre to find out what i meant as i had never seen it before, i was told it was a software error i have to take my phone to any mtn shop for s/ware upgrade..it happened that my colluegeS MLUNGISI AND PINKY was going to Umhlanga on the 28/11/13... when they brought back my phone it wasnt coming on nor charging... i then asked them to take it back which they did and were told by the indian guy that they had nothing to do with the phone coz it was a technical fault, what am failing to understand why i was told 'jvm' was a software error, then after breaking my phone its techn, error... i phone the te centre spoke to MISS WILLIAMS who took my contact details promised will ask the guy who was doing s/ware upgrade to contact me which never happened till today... av taken my phone to 4 different repair shop they all telling me 1 thing the phone is dead they cant get it fixed... can you sort out my phone its been two months now without phone.
