I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT PHONE ON FRIDAY ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVE LOADED THE AIRTIME AND THE BIS IN THE INCORRECT NUMBER AND THE MATTER IS NOT YET FIXED, I CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING AND I WAS TOLD THAT I SHOULD BE GRATEFULL BECAUSE I HAVE A PHONE, WHAT DO I DO WITH THE PHONE WITHOUT AIRTIME AND THE BIS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL CALL ME . BAD SERVICE AND THE STAFF DOESNT EVEN HAVE MANNERS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. IM SO DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY
