I loaded R29 airtime using a Samsung phone, I then inserted the sim card into a modem to load data bundles. To only find that I now have a zero balance in less than 5 minutes of removing the sim from my phone to a laptop. When I called their call centre, two of their consultants advised the the last time I loaded airtime was on the 01 Sep but when I gave them the serial number, it indicated the it was loaded in my phone on the 13 Sep few minutes after 20:20. I was transferred to another department and spoke to a gentlemen who basically confirmed the same thing but is unable to assist me and I should call in the morning. I this is not incompetence and cheating their customers, what is it. The amount may be small butbut it is still my hard erred cash that I have been cheated on by VODACOM.
