I have a top-up contract with MTN, which expires in about 2 months. I have tried to get through to someone to confirm the cancellation, but after holding on for about 15 minutes, I finally gave up, because my cellphone battery was almost dead! Getting through to anyone at MTN is a nightmare... I think they believe that if they ignore your call, you will eventually just go away!
Now I suppose I will have to physically go into one of their call centres, and the people at the Hillcrest branch are some of the most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with.
MTN, I'm afraid you just don't measure up to all your promises, and I will definitely never enter into a contract with you again!
