Cancellation of Contract and backpayment

I wrote to ADT in July 2012 to cancel my contract at the end of August 2012. I was then told that my contract only expires in 2013 and therefore need to pay a cancellation fee or the new owner must take over the contract. I then asked if I could take the contract over to George. We moved from Pretoria to George. I was told that I need to cancel the one contract and sign a new contract, so therefore pay cancellation fee. However the new owner said he would take over the contract and ADT in George said that i did not need to pay cancellation fee if I used ADT in George. Eve said that a consultant had an appointment with the new owner and that they will consult me once he signed the contract. We moved to George the end of August. I phoned ADT several times to cancel the contract. Eventually I paid the cancellation fee and emailed the proof of payment. However the contract were never cancelled. They deducted R580 for November. Since then I have been trying to get my money back. Every time I phone they have an excuse of why the refund was not done yet. They will call me back but never do. I am still waiting for my money.
