Incorrect billing

I use to have a hosting account with Web Africa which was cancelled in March 2012. Since paying the last bill they continued to invoice me. I am now stuck with an account of R1524 which I am trying to clear from my name. After 3 phone calls to their billing department, I am still waiting for all three Web Africa employees to phone me back regarding this dilemma (that is excluding the 10 min waiting period on the phone to be helped). Very poor service indeed!!

This matter has not been resolved and continues...
