I was told that I cannot renew my package after 20 months to a lower Anytime200 package because it is the first time that I am upgrading, yet they are willing to renew my package as long as I stay on the current Anytime350 package.

So what does this mean:

1) We want to take every last penny from you before you migrate to a lower package?

2) You can't afford lower package?

NO SENSE AT ALL!!!
