Migration fees

I signed up to 8ta just over two years ago with no problems with the service provided. At the end of my contract, 8ta contacted me to renew the contract which I did but on a lower package. The sales consultant informed me that the contract would now be R80 a month. What was not mentioned was the penalty for migrating to a lower package (R32.75) and the admin fee (R400.00) for migrating to this package. This was a very unpleasant surprise on the second invoice into the new 2 year contract I received. After phoning the customer care line, the lady explained to me what these were for. Competitive telecommunication companies charge half that fee, if at all. I am obviously bound by the contract I signed and will pay this fee, but this contract will be terminated when the contract is up. 8ta, you have only yourselves to blame.
