Promises, but fail to fulfill!

I have been struggling with Telkom for over 3 weeks now. My internet line keeps desyncing itself and goes on for hours at a time where I sit without any internet, every time I call the call center, and only IF THEY PICK UP, they only do a port reset and tell me its working now, but yet again, the problems continue! They make promises of sending out technicians but I have not seen one yet, and now today, they disabled my telephone line, making my internet totally unusable and I cant even call them to query it, and when I call from a cellphone, they fail to pick up, and seeing as this isn't toll free, I wasted more money than I care to mention, listening to a dingle. I am tired of Telkom, and their reply to this post, as per the previous one will be. " Please call our call center, to resolve this situation", because that's all they do, and then see the matter as resolved, because they cant care any less about actually trying to resolve a customers problem.
