My parents was approached by one of the Sharetrackin agents, and i feel they were bullied into buying a package of - R18, 000, which they could not afford. When consulting, the agent agreed for my mother to open the package, but when they wanted to return it, they were told they had to pay the huge amount, as the seal on the package was broken. My question, what happened to the standard 7 days they had to cancel the purchase of the package? As they do not have the facilities, eg Internet access they have not used the package. Is there a possibility that Sharetrackin can help them do a resale of the package?
