We have cancelled our package because the rate is too high. We want to re-instate, however we want to go on a lower package but DSTV is not prepare to tailor for individuals and rather lose customers than to change packages. We want to change the DSTV Compact package to cater to our needs, however DSTV is not prepare to do it as we are informed that the packages as fixed. They are not even prepared to negotiate. We only want to change one channel of the sports channel. We are very unhappy as DSTV would rather lose a customer than to change package to a customer's needs. They cannot tell me that package is fixed because everything in life can be changed!!!
