The management did come back to me to tell me that phone has been updated but also told me that they are going call me back on the same day with regards to where and when my phone will come to the store and i did not get that phone call so i would either want a new phone cause that phone is still under guarantee or your will need to give my phone soon as possible with no fees charged on it cause it is been to long now for 2 and half months from the 5th of november till the present day
