The above heading is what a employee at the glen told me. My phone was handed in on the 13 of January to repair a cracked screen, 4 months later I'm still waiting. I have called the call centre, insurance company, store clerk numerous times and its all the same they are still busy. My irritation comes in that no one knows where the phone is exactly as they cannot give me reasons WHY it has taken so long and the eta of the phone. The main reason I took out insurance on the phone is to never be in this predicament. I have reached my wits end and do not know how many more phone calls till I get my phone. According to my latest phone call I ave been issued with a new iemi number, yet that's all the info they can give me.
