Unhappy with service and

I I sent my phone samsung galaxy Sii at autopage in cityview gamecity.after some time without any feedback I went back to check on my phone which is less then then three months old and Mark the guy I was dealing with told me the phone was still out for repairs.after sometime again going back to check again without any feedback.same story until recently when I went but some new guy was there and I saw my phone on the counter so I told that guy that he must give me so he called mark and mark said that the phone is at the shop cause they coulndnt fix it so they sending it to head office by friday the 22nd I will be getting a new phone, the next week came and decided to call the store since no one has called me to confirmed the information that was given to me, so when I spoke to mark he said" lilly your phone is gone for repairs I'll call you later today will be going to check on it, you'll be definitely getting it on friday and the box you saw didn't have a phone inside" even though the guy showed me my phone.when I told my story to their head office they seemed concerned and said they would call me in 24 hours but no one did, yet I'm still paying for a phone I don't have. I NEED help
