I was called in for a contract upgrade. In the process i took on the smart plan 250 summer campaign deal,
(4 months ago.)

I have been charged for accounts like smart plan 100 (x 2) and Black berry charges (BIS)
-I do not own a black berry
-I asked for the smart plan 250 summer campaign

I have requested for assistance the past 3 months to rectify my accounts! I have no idea what I am paying for and all I have requested for is for some one in accounts to give me assistance so that I can pay what is due on the the right contracts

I am tired of logging cases and nothing is done
